How to separate semi permeable membrane from an Egg?

    The materials required for this process are Raw egg, Concentrated Hydrochloric acid, Glass Beaker, Glass rod, Gloves 

PROCEDURE:

1. Take a beaker and pour Conc.Hcl in a quantity that the whole egg should sink.
2. We can dilute Hcl to some extent by adding water to it.
3. Put the egg into the beaker so that full egg should sink into it.
4. Keep it for 4 hours.
5. During this time the shell slowly disintegrates into the solution.
6. After 4 hours we can take it out. Pinch the membrane and drain all the contents of it.
7. This is called semi permeable membrane and we can use this to study osmosis process.
