MORNING OR EVENING STAR Have you ever seen the bright star shining during sunset? Image from space.com Venus planet is the morning or evening star which we can see with our naked eye. The bright shining star seen during sunset is the venus planet. Its position is either west or east. Its temperature is 460 °C as it is closer to sun. It's atmosphere is made of carbondioxide and hence have powerful Greenhouse effect. Volcanic eruptions had occured 800million years ago. It is covered with lava. Image from Planetary society
